how can i fix my baxi 105he boiler condensing boiler?

my boiler is not keeping the pressure up when fill with water the prssure goes up to wat i set it at and after about five mins the pressure drops right down to zero so have to turn boiler off.
the boiler is a baxi 105he condensing boiler.

Your pressure release valve is gone - at least that's what it sounds like. Buy onefrom plumworld about £7 and get a plumber to fit it. Should take about 10 minutes - so don't let him tell you it will take half a day!!!

Thanks for your reply. On testing last night i noticed also that when the boiler is filled with water to desired pressure the water runs out through the condensing pipe outside then the pressure gauge drops right down to zero. Can anybody help??

check the presure release pipework termination point outside if ok problem not boiler but leak on system check all visible pipework,radiators and valves if no leak start to look under floor
when you do find leak and repair make sure to re inject fresh inhibitor to protect system and boiler
