Hi, can you telll me why my Dimplex storage heaters are hot on the top half and cold on the lower half when I turn them on in the morning and how can I fix them.

Of the top half that is hot one of them goes colder quicker even
though the input storage and output controls are set the same and are
on oposite sides of the same room.

The only identifying numbers I can see are 0000308 XMX712N and XMX706N.

if you like I can give you the service number you could call. I might be having the same difficulty. Mine wasnt working for ages, thought it had packed it in but turned out that it was just the thermostat control that had tripped. Easily solveable, TG.It is giving out heat but considering the temp outside and that water is not flowing in pipes due to freezing it can be that it should be turned up to the max. i.e Input level 6.
