Can I fix a ProForm 740 CS Treadmill belt that is slipping front to back?

I am looking at purchasing a ProForm 740CS and the current owner tells me that the belt is slipping from front to back. I've read that a belt slipping from left to right means the rollers need to be adjusted/tightened but what does it mea when the belt slips front to back?

when walking the belt sides off to the right. How do I fix it.

I don't know if you're able to fix it cause I'm having similar problems with my ProForm 740CS. The walking Belt is not centered and there a slight fold on the right side WK Belt. If an adjustment can be made to eliminate this let me know. Also, there is a "odor" eminating from treadmill after twenty minutes walking. My investigation says it's coming from the "Walking Belt" rubbing somewhere. Any help?

The walking belt may be slipping. Be careful. If the belt and deck are worn it can also cause the belt to slip.
I have videos on the roller adjustment and on buying a new treadmill.

If the belt is slipping and still in the middle. You need to turn both roller adjustment bolts equally, Only turn a 1/4 turn at a time until the slip goes away.
