water was shut of to washer. did not notice this. tried to use
washer,called out engineer,he said because of this i would reqiure a new pc board. surley the machine would not try to work if water turned of.

sounds like total b.s.
you need to check the heater, water level pressure switch, thermostat.

Shouldnt have caused any major problem. What happened when the water supply was restored?
