Fabric Conditioner not dispensing beko WMA 520 S?

Hi, i have a six month old Beko WMA 520 S, the fabric conditioning does not seem to dispense into the machine, and when i open the drawer after the wash, the conditioner is still there with some additional water added in.

An ideas what the problem is?

I have the same issue and I have tried removing everything possible and gave it all a good clean but issue is still there?

pull draw completely out and then remove the blue piece in conditioner compartment.make sure hole is clear underneath.also check holes above for blockages
