If it is still within warranty (YOU DID say 'new beko washing machine') and you've checked all the hoses are connected correctly, the connectors haven't split (happened to me once) then why in Earth are you thinking about fiddling and possibly voiding the warranty to which you have as a legal right (UK law) from the retailer or the makers guarantee?
