I've checked that everything is plugged in and it still won't work. I can run the belt and the screen reads my time and speed and everything, but the motor won't turn on.

My won't work either because the stupid kids through a basketball and it got sucked in the tread mill. They didn't tell me until I found it out for myself. I cant get the basketball out because it is jammed in the treadmill real good. There is no reverse, any ideas?

Are you pushing the belt with your foot ?
You may have a blown lower board, blown fuse on the lower board
or bad motor brushes. You can test your motor with a 9 volt battery
