LG refrigerator bottom mount freezer (makes knocking noise)?

Model is LFC22740SW The refrigerator is making a knocking noise every hour. The noise is coming from the bottom half. It seems to be when the compressor starts. I have had no problems with temperator or anything else. Please help me.

Same thing happened with our LG and we found it was that the compressor wasnt mounted correctly this we found out when we got in contact with agsrefrigeration who came out and fix fault.
