I have a problem with Jaguar 28 Central Heating System?

I have a problem with my hot water system. It only heats up when the central heating is working. When the central heating (radiators) are off the hot water does not work! Any suggestions?

divertor valve fault, valve is also used in alpha cb range and parts from alpha are cheaper.
