how do i remove the filter cover on an indesit widl126 washer dryer?

my son put a nappy in the wash, and i need to check the filter is not blocked, but am having trouble turning the plug(cover)...does it just turn and turn sand come out or turn and pull out???

I have a WIDL 146 DE. Filter - remove the cover on bottom of machine. Black big Screw turn until water comes and more. Then pull it out. Goes 10 cm inside machine. Clean and place again turn in other direction until it fits. Easy work. Found some money also! :)
