Fix Fault Simpson Encore 556

simpson encore 556 washing machine , is getting unbalanced constantly in the spin cycle , but the clothes are very wet as if not draining properly? what do i need to check?

the error code PU is showing and i know i need to get the pump off to check in it, i've unhooked the hoses but how do i unhook the pump itself?

Our machine consistently errors to 'Hc" during the initial wash cycle, and we have to stop and completely restart the cycle. This message isn't defined on the inside of the lid or in the manual?

washing starts ok... no problem then before spin starts the letters PU come up with beeping? can anyone please help.. before i call in repair man? have misplaced manual.
