When I turned My Pro form xp550E treadmill, the incline went all the way up, none of the buttons work is there a rest button? I need help.

It sounds like it can't find it starting point. Look on the inside of the hood for calibration instructions and try to calibrate it first.
Also make sure the elevation sensor is clean
