car radio/cassette won't work?

I have a 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager Se. I got into my van today and turn my radio on and it was blank. No light, stations. I put a cassette in and I can hear it click but there is no volume. It ejects tape but it just sits there dead. I check all fuses and they were ok, but I changed them any way. Is there a diagram showing the hot wire on the back of this radio? I will run it to fuse box with in-line fuse.

Most radio cassettes have a fuse plugged into the back of them - have you checked that? Your set - if its anything like our Limey ones - will have 3 power connections, 1 earth, 1 permanent live for the set memory, and 1 that comes live with the ignition switched on. This may help you to identify the power supply wires.
