How do I fix my heating problem on Vokera Linea 730?

Heating problem on Vokera Linea 730. Hot water mode operates fine on demand. On heating, temperature only reaches 40 degrees and the burner fires on and off every 2 to 3 seconds for duration of heat mode.

If still an issue, sounds like a possible thermister gone bad
