Washing machine leaking water at the bottom?

Our washer ( GE model # WJSE4150B2WW) has water dripping out of the bottom of the machine. It is dry all around the hoses so it's not a hose problem, I don't think. The water is leaking out where the bottom silver cover is. Washer is 4 years old. Problem seemed to start after a load was off balance.

Sounds like its the rear hose connection manifold inverter tap is leaking. Try a 157 rear jump u connection y jointing compound degreaser on the the vxp outside tapping joint.
