damaged crankshaft?

I have been told that my sovereign classic ng464tr self
propelled rotary lawn mower may have a damaged crankshaft causing vibration. can you please confirm that this rotary machine
does in fact have a crankshaft. sorry for the silly question but
there is a good reason for it
Thanks regards

The crankshaft is the main engine shaft that the blade is attached to. If it has hit a hard object, then is is certainly possible to have a bent crank. A new engine will be cosiderably cheaper than a repair.
