Have you checked to see if the belt has come off / snapped. if not then you may want to do the following. Switch the electrics off. Then take the top off. if the belt is no present at the back remove the back cover(5 screws) look inside for the belt. If it hasn't snapped check to see if the motor is loose (at the very bottom of the machine) If this is loose just check to make sure the plastic fitting hasn't broken. I hope this helps
