no spark!?

i have an old suffolk punch mower, i can't seem to get a spark out of it. i've replaced spark plug cap and points but still nothing any tips.

Its important that the points gap is set to 15 thou when fully opened by the cam....check this again and make sure that the points themselves are really bright and clean, and try a new plug. If alls well here suspect coil failure.
