HP PSC 2210 says paper jam over and over again?

I connected my PSC 2210 after not using it for some time.
When I power up the printer, the display says "Paper Jam: Clear jam and press Enter" (in Dutch: ''Papierstoring: Verwijder storing en druk op Enter.'').
When I do so, the printer takes a paper, rolls it through the printer and the same error appears.
I can repeat this over and over again, but the error always returns.
I use Windows XP SP2 and the HP driver from the website.
I connected the printer correctly (first install driver, then connect USB cable).
This is driving me nuts, I cannot use the Scan or Copy function either, the error is always present.
