need timing marks for briggs & stratton 204412 engine?

replaceing crank gear that drives came because it broke don;t know what timing marks should be any help would be greatly appreciated

If there really aren't any marks (unlikely - but the mark might be a chamfered tooth), time the engine so that at TDC both valves are slightly open. This works for any engine.
