yes they are, and the clearances are: inlet (cold) 0,10mm and exhaust 0,25mm cold. However depending on the engine type there will be adjustable screws on the rocker arms, but if there are none then its a shim situation...much more complex which involves replacing a ground steel shim between the valve stem top and the cam follower.
