I turn on the sys pwr and it just sit their does no post etc hdd turning no video i have switch parts etc and still the same
can it be m/b is fried or the cpu of pet 3 also the cpu fan does come on then next time turn on system no cpu fan pwr
is it an emachine,advent,medion,gateway or packard bell/ from the big shop in the high street ??

As you haven't had an answer may I suggest you try a question in one of the computer sections rather than the Modem one.
Some information about your PC woiuld help as well.
Finally, you might try some more punctuation and less jargon as your question is very hard to read and/or make any sense of.
