How can i fix my epson dx3850?

when i try and print from my epson dx3850 it tries to get hold of the paper by making the whirring sound but just keeps going as it cant hold on to it. there is paper in there but 100% no jams. what is wrong?

If the rollers are touching the paper but the paper is not being pulled then the rollers could have become smooth, try to ruff them up

Sounds like a paper jam/blockage - when power is off and unplugged and paper has been removed check for any objects in the paper feed
