How can I fix a rear brake problem?

2002 Toyota Corolla T3

When I apply the hand brake on a hill, it feels that one side actually clamps and the other is somewhat lazy or doen't grip. Also when I am travelling 30mph and under the driver's rear wheel (or brakes) squeal.
Any suggestions?

hiya pal the problem is the drivers side caliper is sticking. you can try takeing the brake pads out cleaning them and refit with copper grease.if this fails you will have to fit a new caliper
