Kenmore Series 80 elec washer won't spin, but makes noises like it wants to?

Kenmore 80 Series washer won't do the spin cycle all of a sudden. It makes noises like it wants to spin, but it just doesn't!

Why? Any ideas?

Sorry, I left out that for me, when I wash, it acts perfectly normal, brings in water and drains it just fine. Just doesnt spin.
