Bosch Washing Machine - Not taking in the fabric conditioner?

My mother and I both have Bosch Classixx washing machines and both are not picking up/draining thefabric conditioner. We have tried a boild wash, scrubbing the insides and the soap tray but without success. Help please - we hate scratchy towels.

Thats right, we had the same problem.
Take out the draw and get a toothbrush in there and clear out the inlet.

hi,unblock inside of housing in roof,after removing drawer,its usually clogged up above where conditioner compartment is located.
