drier works well but the water fails to collect in top .bottle stays in the sump and overflows, have checked that the sump pump works (direct to mains).
what can i try next???

thanks yes the hose is clear, the water lodges in the sump.
just fails to be lifted into storage top bottle.
if it is the timer can it be repaired or is a new timer required.

got to be a timer fault if it works direct form mains as the timer switches it on/off via an internal contact.take hose of back and blow down it both ways to make sure there are no blockages within the hoses.have you checked the water is getting into the pump housing so it can be pumped up to the bottle at the top?.
