If you are still having trouble you can take the phone apart, you will be amazed how simple they are. Most Nokias consist of the case, mainboard and keypad as the main components. Simply wipe the keypad and buttons and replace. But here's the snag; you will need a torx (star shaped) screwdriver which you can buy on the internet for a couple of quid.
Good luck.

take it appart like with out unscrewing aything put it on a radation on top of a towel folded over 4 times and that should help dry it out
