My Smeg WDI 12C 1 Washer/Dryer Error Code E 04. The Instruction Manual doesn't list this error code, nor does it provide any contact information. Anyone know what this error code means and/or what I can do to fix it?

my smeg washing machine flashes e 11 it seems to start a cycle then stops flashes e11 and stops with a beeping noise any ideas?
