The copier works fine except that it leaves black streaks up and down across the page. It probably just needs a good cleaning, but since we do not have the instruction/service manual, we have no idea how to clean it. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Cleaning one of these will require a trained tech. It is easy to do more damage than good. Also it is likely that it will require parts depending on how many copies it has done. EG the drum units do about 40,000 copies and then will give poor copies or lines. If it has not been serviced for 12 months it will also require ozone/air filters.
