how can i fix my clutch?

ford mondoe 1998 2.0 zetec,2nd,4th& reverse gears will not engage.how can i fix please?

same thing happened to me on my Peugeot 306, except mine was sticking in gear. Sometimes it would lock in gear and other times I couldn't get it into gear and it made a crunching sound, the only thing I can suggest is replacing the clutch. I have and it's much better.
