How can I get my Potterton netaheat Electronic working?

How can I get my Potterton netaheat Electronic working? There is no pilot light coming on. The system has not been working for 4 months as I have just bought the house.Any advice ? - I wouls really appreciate it.

Actually, should have added, as you have just bought the place, booking a full service on the boiler and heating system may not be a bad idea....

Give details of what faults are showing, and exactly what happens when you turn the boiler on and call for heat....as much detail as u can muster
