how to stop a pin hole leak in a water jacket of a 5 year old boiler?

when the system calls for hot water, the boiler kicks on and it starts spraying hot water from one of the sections. it is a small single house Burnham hotwater boiler.

my first recommendation would be to double check your warranty as most cast iron boilers should be good for for at least 5 years. If the water is spraying from a joint between the cast iron sections, you may try to tighten the draw bolts that hold the sections together. if the leak is within a section, you may be able to weld the leak if it is a pinhole or else replace the section.
