How can i fix my ravenheat boiler?

I turn on the tap the water runs hot for about 10 seconds then the burner stops the boiler does not trip it will come on the same every time

a) clean inline mains water filter (in pipe at boiler feed)
b) check/replace dhw thermister
c) check/replaces flow switch/turbine
d) plate heat exchanger blocked or partially blocked
