how can I fix my Hotpoint Aquarius 1100 WD61?

when switched on,the machine vibrates so much,it actually moves!It fills in water but stops after just two or three moves and then just wont spin!Please help.

Is it new, have you removed the transport bolts from the back. these hold the drum still during transport to prevent damage.
