The hot water is always very hot even at the lowest thermostat setting, will it be a faulty thermister or something else?

I had the same problem from the day the boiler was installed. A Ferroli engineer couldn't sort the problem and neither could my local CORGI registered plumber. It's something I've learned to live with ... but it ain't nice when you get scalded ... and one doesn't always remember to remind guests!
