i bout an mp3/4 quit a wail a go. and a wail after that i accidently lent on the screen an cracked it. it apparently wast the screen that u see it on it was a plastic one. and after that every thing started to go wrong. and know it wont let me go on any thing but radio because every thing else that i click on says DISK ERROR so plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz can you help me
Try swopping the screen with a spare bought off Ebay. Beware , though, it is a fiddly job to do this and so if you don`t feel competent enough, then it might be cheaper just to buy another, and sell your non-worker on Ebay
