cd stuck wont eject, Renualt scenic 03?

we put a cd in and it wont eject, how do we remove the cd without removing the whole player, can we take it to Halfords and would they be able to put a new sterio in the car ? thanks T

whenever I get a cd stuck, I try to use another to ease it out, if that fails try looking for a reset button on the player surface...
