how do i adjust the clutch on an 02 plate mondeo?

i have an 02 plate 1.8 mondeo zetec, my clutch pedal is at the top and is starting to slip, can it be adjusted or do i need a new one.

Hi Tony, you need to get to a fast fit clutch place your clutch is f**d it needs replacing asap
