Hi,
We have moved into a home with a 6 month old fan heated double Diplomat oven. The main oven has stopped heating up and we have no paperwork for it. Does anyone know if it is the element that would have most probably gone so that i can order a new one? Also, i can't find the manufacture website to find out if it may still be under guarantee!

We had same issue I replaced the element but found fault was with lower oven fan replaced that now all ok

I am in an identical situation. The paperwork we have point to the fact that it was bought as part of an MFI kitchen. On the back there is a 12 month guarantee which appears fairly standard.
