how can I fix my Worcester combi 28 cdi?

when turning the hot tap water on,the water stay cold,the boiler doesn't seems to light on,they is no spark on the ignition.The boiler try is best to light on the gas but nothing.The same problem for the central heating I do believe id the thermo couple. Is anyone can tell me if is that the problem.

if you can hear the clicking / sparking then has to be gas related fault, supply, gas valve, solenoid f*cked, etc.

you do not have a thermocouple unless im mistooken

tell us what the boiler does and we can try diagnose the problem. tell us what it doesn't do and we guess more :-) life is a sequence

a) is the fan running?
b) does the aps make?
both these condtions have to be met before ignition will begin
