Diplomat HJA 8630, How can I get it to work...Please?

The machine on any wash programme, starts with draining itself, then you can hear it filling with water and just as it is about to start washing, it stops and makes a humming noise as though the pump is blocked, no warning lights come on

sounds like got fault with the pump motor check they nothing stuck inside sump if not you will need new motor
