Hi there.

The ice maker isn't making ice - there is ice in the ice maker tray, but it won't dispense it into the ice cube bucket, which makes me think it's the ice makers motor (which turns the arm).

I've gotten as far as removing the ice maker - and I can't manually turn the motor...

Any advice appreciated - is it typical to replace the whole unit? What am I looking at? Is the best bet to call out the Whirlpool engineer?
