i have checked just numbers and its 4 digits

If it`s just a plain serial number with no letter ...and the code is just 3 digits then the code might be 400.

Hi Sandy, can you recheck your serial number as there seems to be to many digits should only be 6 and confirm the letter at the start (M,L,C or A)
