BRAKE PADS?

HOW DO I CHANG THE BRAKE PADS ON MY VAUXHALL ASRA TD ESTATE
KEV, August 2005
norm pretty easy mate, there may b a metal clip on the caliper or there may not if so just lever it off wit a screwdriver then there may b 13mm bolts on the caliper or a 7mm alenkey prob alenkey behind a plastic cap, unscrew these top and bottom then the caliper should pull off or it may need a little persuasion wit a screwdriver to lever it off then take the pads out get a pair of water pump grips/ pliers and squeeze back the piston this enables u to get your new pads back in, put them in, put it back together, if there IS a metal clip it may b a bit tricky just hammer one bit in and lever the bottom in the hole. and most importantly dont forget to pump the pedal again when u have finished otherwise it could b quite horrific if u go out and try to stop but u dont because u gotta pump the piston back out again, hope that i am some sort of use to u! good luck
