The door locks and unlocks from the outside, but won't let me remove the key when unlocked. From the inside key spins in the lock? How can I remove the lock and fix it?
seems u need a new barrel.if its a euro lock ,ie keyhole shape,there is afixing screw on door edge in lighn with bottom of barrel,key must be in barrel to remove and install,key must have top edge at 11 or 1 oclock

The euro lock assembly can be withdrawn from the door by removing the cover plate and unscrewing the single screw that holds the lock cylinder in place. There are several different lengths, so take the old one with you when seeking a replacement.
