How can I fix my Glowworm 30ci plus boiler?

Recently replaced water flow sensor as it was leaking, now boiler wont fire up. I just get a clicking sound when I try to. Error message will finally display on panel as two water droplets, one has a black slash through it?

are you sure your gas is turned on?

maybe a gas valve problem, or possible adjustment to electrodes required (as per manual settings)
