Radio/cd player Peugeot?

I have a Peugeot 307cc and cd player does not work I would like a new one but not Peugeot do I need an adaptor at the back to change to any other make?

It depends on the fittings at the back of the radio/CD and where it connects into your car`s wiring. Perhaps best if you remove your present radio/CD, check how it is connected ( via a socket or wiring+connectors ), then see if you can buy a radio /CD with a similar socket or connector. If they don`t match, then adapter wiring/socket/connectors are available at places like Halfords. Beware though :It can become quite expensive buying adapter wiring /sockets and also rather confusing to match anything together. so if you aren`t technically minded, then it might be easier buying a new radio from a specialist and get them to fit it.
