Ihave NEC model VHG 103 The picture through the tv is wavy?

How can I fix the wavy picture which comes through the VCR. When I disconect the VCR and just have the antenna straight into the tv it is OK. The model is an NEC VHG 103 Recorder.

try adjusting the modulator on your vcr.it will show you in the manual.it is tuned to close to one of your channels.
