If the CD is mechanically jammed , then you might be able to tease it out using another CD. Failing that, then the player will have to be removed from the dashboard and the cover taken off to gain access to the CD. Alternatively the CD player may just require "rebooting"...so if you have the code then remove the fuse,(or battery) for 5 minutes , replace , enter the code(s) then hopefully all should be OK
